Here’s Part 2 of a fun collaboration I did with Yoga Medicine: Fire Up Your Forward Fold! I love being able apply anatomy to the yoga practice in ways that tangibly benefit athletes…. and I think we can all agree that avoiding hamstring blowouts during intense workouts IS helpful. If you’ve ever suffered from a tear in either one of the hamstring muscles themselves, or (even worse), the tendon, you’ll know what I mean.
